The work consists of the demolition of the damaged asphalt surface of the existing west parking lot at 192 Industrial Park Loop. New concrete pavement will be installed as an apron around a new fire training prop. The new 2,400-square-foot 4-story modular burn building training prop will be erected centrally withing the new concrete apron enabling multiple training scenarios. The project will Consist of two separate bids: • Site preparation including demo, utility extensions/connections, and paving. • Modular fire training prop delivery, erection, and final utility connection. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
