A brief summary of the project scope: This Project consists of the construction of a public toilet facility building, approximately eight hundred and twenty (820) square feet. Construction will be poured in place concrete floor slab, CMU walls, wood roof trusses, and metal roofing. Exterior materials include CMU walls, hollow metal frames and doors, and standing seam metal roof. The Project consists of constructing a new public toilet facility building as indicated in the Contract Documents. Also, new parking will be provided. Bonds required.
