The Contractor is to provide all tools and labor necessary to install a new auto reading meter at 477 apartments o Amp 1 210 Apartments o Amp 2 267 Apartments. • Maters and other plumbing materials will be provided by ACHA • Remove old water meters and meter transmitters from meter boxes • Install new water meters and transmitters into the meter boxes • Install unit in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations • After installation, test unit for operation in all settings • Any water leaks in the system must be immediately repaired • Any issues not noted in scope of work but become revealed during installation must be immediately brought to the attention of ACHA • All construction debris is the responsibility of the contractor and must be disposed of properly • Any damage to personal property as a result of the work will be the sole responsibility of the contractor • During installation, the area must be always kept clean and safe
