• Site Visit is required • The Contractor shall measure area to determine materials needed • The Contractor is to provide all tools, materials and labor • Material colors must be approved by ACHA • The Contractor shall install new vinyl soffit and fascia metal, including porches on the following buildings: o Springhill Site: Building located at 777 South Rd o Laurel Heights Site Buildings located at: • 1167 J Street • 1185 J Street • 1219 J Street • 1229 J Street • 1249 J Street • Soffit material must be two board style, all vented or at the minimum, vented every 6 feet • Any rotted or damaged wood will need to be replaced. A perfoot price will be needed to establish a base for calculating cost as these are encountered • All fascia metal must be seated properly (1/2” minimum) behind roof eave metal • Installation of fascia material must be done so that rippling does not occur and in accordance with the best practice for security, uniformity and appeal • Any cable or wiring fasteners, hooks, supports, etc. removed for fascia or soffit installation must be properly reattached • Where conduit, wiring cables etc are encountered fit must be close enough to caulk. No spray foam allowed • Contractor must provide his own power source. Using tenant’s power will not be allowed • Properly dispose of all waste materials at the end of each day • Keep area safe at all times and ensure that area is clean once work is completed each day • Sweep area with magnet to ensure no fasteners are left behind in the grass • Any damage to property, must be repaired before job completion • Any issues or questions that arise during process, should be immediately brought to the attention of ACHA Bonds required.
