The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, labor and material Except items noted under “The Housing Authority will provide the following” to complete the project per drawings and specifications. All Work will comply with 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. • Mechanical Closet door to be 2’- 4” • A 2” Bathroom floor drain with trap primer will be added by contractor • 14-2 Romex wire is not allowed • Shower Unit will be ADA compliant pre-fab fiberglass unit • Replace Security Screen latches with Single point latch • Construct firewall in the attic space at adjoining apartment if needed • Contractor will be responsible for having a dumpster on site and ensuring that all construction debris is cleaned up daily • Contractor to provide portable toilet and keep it locked when not in use • Contractors must provide for own electricity by means of a generator if it is not accessible from the apartment being worked on. Do not use power from neighboring apartments • Contractor will keep site safe and secure at all times • Any issues that arise during construction must be immediately reported to ACHA so that the can be resolved without delaying the construction process Bonds required.
