The City of Scottsdale is accepting Statements of Qualifications from qualified Design-Build Managers (DBM) to provide design phase and complete construction services for the expansion of the following parking facility located in the Old Town area: 1st Street and Brown Parking Corral – Add two additional parking decks to this existing garage. The structure for the original garage was designed to accommodate the additional decks. This will add approximately 216 spaces. The City is seeking licensed contractors and registered design professional teams with background developing, designing, and constructing successful parking garage structure expansions. The DBM shall have expert understanding of additions to existing parking structures, as well as construction projects on developed and occupied sites.
