The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to contract with qualified firms to provide Construction Manager At Risk construction services for design support and construction of the Madison Rose Lane Elementary School project identified below. Madison Rose Lane Elementary School Campus Replacement Project: Provide Construction Manager At Risk services for Madison Rose Lane Elementary School Campus replacement. Demolition will be approximately 93,000sf and includes administration, classrooms, restrooms, and cafeteria. Construction of new buildings housing classrooms, administration, cafeteria and elementary level athletic facility. Additionally, we will add a new Early Childhood Learning Center which will include Administration and classrooms. This will be an occupied campus. Bonds required.
