The Peoria Unified School District #11, desires to receive written quotations for services of a qualified vendor to perform land development services at Peoria Unified School District No. 11 Rancho Cabrillo location to include but not limited to clearing, grading and soil removal. The scope of work of this contract is for Contractor to provide the service, construction and completion in every detail of the work described. Attached as Exhibit D4 (A.L.T.A. Survey) for the following: Clear & Grub entire site, Trash removal, Grading, and SWPP installation. Remove such piles across the School Site to stabilize the soil and improve the appearance of the School Site, Remove and dispose of debris and stockpiles from the School Site. Bonds required.
