The Phoenix Union High School District intends to construct a 6,000 square foot Outdoor Food Services Kitchen, Serving Line, and non-airconditioned outdoor Dining Building at Cesar Chavez High School. The new building will consist of two kitchens, two food service areas, and a dining area that includes surrounding patio areas which will serve approximately 400 students. The new building will be constructed of a masonry and aluminum storefront building exterior, steel trusses, metal roof deck, and a hot applied built-up roofing system. The HVAC system will be a stand-alone system for the food prep and food service areas only. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
