The existing contract for the installation, maintenance and repair of the methane gas, groundwater and stormwater systems will expire in March 2025. Maintenance and repair services are essential to avoid stoppage or breakdown of the Landfill methane gas and water management systems. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies and equipment necessary to fabricate, install and deliver products to the City Landfill for maintaining its methane gas and water management systems. The term of the resultant contract shall be for a one (1) year initial term. Based on satisfactory Bidder performance, the City, may at its option and upon mutual agreement with the Bidder, extend the term of this agreement for an additional four (4) years renewable on an annual basis.
