The project will be performed on the North High School campus, 1101 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85014 The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to contract with a qualified firm to provide Design Build Contractor for Design Build for North High School Baseball-Softball Complex. The District intends to do a full renovation of the fields for baseball and softball at North High School. The project consists of the following: Demolition • Handball Courts • Basketball Courts • Pole Lighting in Handball and Basketball Court Area • Existing Dugouts Construction • New CMU Dugouts • New Backstops • New Bleachers • New Bullpens • New Softball Scoreboard and Electrical Feed for the New Scoreboard • New AV System • New Sprinkler System • Laser Leveled Fields • New Walkway Leading to Restrooms in the Main Gymnasium • New Permanent Outfield Fencing for Softball and Baseball • New Foul Poles • New Water Fountains • Upgrade of Field Lighting to LED • Relocation of Two (2) Field Lighting Poles Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
