The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified contractors to do business on an on-call basis to provide asbestos and lead abatement Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services. Up to six contractors may be selected for this JOC. Firms must possess current EPA certifications to perform asbestos and lead-based paint abatement services in the State of Arizona. Additionally, firms must employ currently certified AHERA Contractor/Supervisors and AHERA certified workers for asbestos abatement activities and employ currently certified supervisors and EPA certified lead abatement workers for lead-based paint and lead-containing material abatement. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
