The Water Department seeks to retain the services of a qualified, professional firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the Marana Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Phase II Expansion to 3.0 MGD, Project No. WR023, and the WRF Constructed Recharge for Effluent Phase II, Project No. WT074. The project includes expansion of the Marana WRF and associated Recharge Facility. The Contractor will provide construction services if an acceptable guaranteed maximum price is provided by Contractor and accepted by the Town. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
