The work will include, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, services, transportation, and performing all operations in connection with the installation of chain link fencing around elderly residential homes as needed within the Gila River Indian Community Districts One through District Seven. The fencing for each home must be in accordance with the specifications herein and at locations as directed by the Community's representative. Each home will have approximately 400 Linear Feet of chain link fencing, either an 18’ 20’ or 23’ wide double swing gate, where applicable, and a 4’ wide single swing gate. Contractor shall be responsible for clearing and/or grading and removal of all debris, of fence line. QUANTITY: Approximately Seventy-Six (76) Elder Home sites. TERO applies Bonds required.
