DM FY21 Hilgard Hall Colling Tower Replacement: Project 12827A: Remove existing mechanical equipment as indicated in demolition drawings. Install new refrigeration for existing cold room facility at basement. Replace existing split cooling systems will new at various locations. Install a dehumidification system at the existing cold room facility and ensure proper levels of dehumidification per manufacturer/design. Install a new steam to HW heat exchanger system and associated distribution piping to 2nd floor mechanical room. Provide a new ALC/BAS Controls to serve new HHW System and cold room status monitoring. Provide electrical and controls to support new mechanical equipment. DM FY21 Hilgard Hall Supply Fan Replacement: Project 16192A: Remove existing supply fan SF 37 and SF38 and replace with new supply fan and associated connections, heat exchanger and infrastructure including but not limited to electrical, mechanical and structural upgrade for a full working system. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
