Dismantle and relocate all conference room furniture to facilitate carpet installation and return to original position afterward. Remove and install cove base around carpet perimeter as required. The contractor shall provide labor, materials and supervision to complete all work, and develop a timeline of completion, allowing for removal and replacement of cubicles and furniture in the main office to be coordinated accordingly.
