The Project scope of this project includes, but is not limited to pathway resurfacing in four Parks: Earl Warren Park in Castro Valley, Hillcrest Knolls in San Leandro and Birchfield and Fairway Greens Park in Hayward, California. Over time, park pathways have deteriorated. Pathways in each park will be repaired, refurbished, and/or reconstructed according to the specified requirements specific to each Park. Reconstruction treatments may include grinding and paving, full asphalt or concrete pavement (re)construction, or pavement removal and restoration with alternate surfaces such as aggregate base, or decomposed granite. Project includes restoration of lawn or landscaped surfaces and irrigation affected by construction. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
