The City of Alameda Housing Authority (AHA) is considering contracting with a vendor to provide environmentally preferable janitorial services. The Contractor must provide a motivated and skilled crew capable of productively cleaning and sanitizing the properties and offices in a highly productive manner. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision, and tools required to complete the service safely and efficiently. AHA will be providing the necessary materials required for the service. Proposals should be cost effective and include reasonable fees. Cleaning and janitorial services: Janitorial Services includes building maintenance, organisation of office cleaning & window washing, coordination of handymann services, collection and handling of malfunction messages, set up and care of the rules of the house. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
