Furnishing Labor, materials and equipment for paving, grading and associated General Contractor Services for Port of Oakland FAcilities for the period commencing Marc 1, 2025 and ending Feb 28, 2026, 2027 or 2028. The intention of the Port is to execute contracts for said work with up to five contractors. The Port’s preference is to award up to two of the contracts to Port-certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) contractors. The estimated total annual cost for the work to be performed under all awarded contracts is $35,000,000. The not-to-exceed amount for all awarded contracts over the three-year term of the contracts will be determined by the Board at time of award.
