The City will pay a $1,000.00 stipend – for the painting of each metal utility box. The stipend includes all costs associated with design and installation of the artwork, including supplies, and any and all required insurance, taxes, etc. Half of the stipend will be paid prior to beginning the work. The remaining stipend will be paid after the work is completed.
