The Alameda County Public Works Agency (ACPWA) is the division of Alameda County government responsible for implementing public works infrastructure projects, such as sidewalk and bike facilities, roads and bridges. Occasionally, the agency needs to supplement its staff with the additional expertise and resources from specialized consultants. To this end, the ACPWA seeks competitive proposals for professional services by issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for federally funded projects. DBE goal is 22% Prevailing wages.
