Estimated cost of this work is between $7.0 million and $9.0 million. This project will require multiple trades and types of work including, but not limited to: demolition, saw-cutting, hazardous materials handling, excavation, shoring, backfilling, reinforced concrete placement, waterproofing, painting, coatings, welding, piping, fencing, trucking, landscaping, paving, and other required work and trades.
