Provide Mitsubishi multi-city fan coil units and associated, controls, power supply and disconnect, refrigerant piping, condensate drain piping, insulation, supports and anchors. Provide Mitsubishi 'City Multi' variable refrigerant flow zoning system (VRF) Y Series outdoor condensing unit (CU-1 and CU-2). The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: “B” - General Building AND “C-20” Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractors License.
