The City requests proposals from qualified consultants (Proposer) to prepare a complete ready to bid package of Plans, Specifications and Engineer’s Estimates (PS&E) for the Park Avenue Beautification project located on Park Avenue, from 20th Street to E Park Street including an area of the Commanche Creek Greenway just northeast of the access point from Meyers Street to Commanche Creek Greenway. The project includes removing and replacing a pedestrian/bike path, renovating landscaping, removing an existing art piece in disrepair and replacing it with a new art piece, and installing 12 multi-use bins.
