The City of Oroville is seeking an experienced and qualified construction, rehabilitation, and painting vendor to provide painting and dry rot repair services. Work includes repainting the exterior of the Lott House and its adjacent buildings. This includes the main house, the covered patio, the caretaker’s residence, the carriage house, the shed, and the gazebo. The work also includes the repair and replacement of any dry rot on the main house. Bidders must possess the following classification(s) of California Contractors License at the time that the Bid Proposal is submitted and at time the Contract for the Work is awarded: B - General Building. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
