The work to be done as shown on the Construction Plans, generally consist of, but is not limited to: The furnishing of all labor, material, and equipment necessary for: Prepare Site – Move existing infrastructure that would impede work to a location that allows work to be performed. Once work is completed return all infrastructure to location directed by attendant. Excavate site Prepare existing asphalt edge Pour concrete slab Trench drain Hot mix asphalt tack coat on all vertical cut surfaces Install bollards Provide and install quantity 2 20’ conex containers Provide and install quantity 2 Awnings for conex containers Provide and install oil/water separator Provide and install 2,500 gallon plastic water tank Erosion control ADA parking stall. : Bidders shall be properly licensed to perform the Work pursuant to Contractors’ Sate License Law (Business and Profession Code Section 7000 et seq.) and the prime Contractor shall posses a valid California Class B - General Contractor, Contractor license which constitutes a majority of the Work and shall maintain a valid license through completion and acceptance of the Work, including the guarantee and acceptance period.
