The selected Firm shall perform design (preparation of plans and specifications), construction, installation, programming, field testing and commissioning services (“Services”) for the replacement of the Stege Elementary School campus at the Stege Elementary School site (“Site”). The selected Firm shall perform the Services within the Project Schedule and Project Budget, all as further detailed in Attachment 1, and based on the District’s Educational Specifications and Designated Materials and Product Standards attached hereto as Attachment 2 (together, the “Project Criteria”).
