The City of Richmond is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering & design services to prepare plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimate for the Bayview avenue via Portero, Cypress Avenue, Ells Ln, Ellis St. The services required shall include, but are not limited to, project team coordination, conducting traffic and pedestrian studies, generating detailed plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) for the roadway improvements, coordination with the City, Caltrans, bid phase support, and construction administration services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the project, the required scope of services, the consultant selection process, and the required information that must be included in the proposal. Failure to submit information in accordance with the RFP requirements and procedures may be cause for disqualification. The anticipated term of this contract will be for a period of one (1) year.
