In general, the Work consists of the clean-up, abatement, renovation, and fit-out of various existing spaces in three existing campus buildings to accommodate the programs from the Engineering Technology Building including, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Industrial Design, Electrical/Electronics, START, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. The contract documents, drawings and specifications are issued for bid prior to obtaining the required permit from the Division of the State Architect (DSA). A permit set will be issued as an addendum once the DSA permit is secured. Minor scope adjustments and/or additions are expected as a result. The project documents are currently in back check. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
