The City requires Trails Master Plan (“Services”) to identify and prioritize connections to enhance and complete the existing trail system; identify and map new opportunities for trails, trailheads, connections; develop cost estimates for construction of system / connections; show connectivity opportunities between existing bikeways and trails; show connectivity opportunities between San Ramon’s trail system and surrounding agencies; identify steps to complete system (i.e. easements, agreements, trailheads, etc); and produce user map (web-based) with details on trails using the City’s GIS system.
