The City of Richmond, Community Services-Recreation, will be sponsoring the annual, Independence Day Eve Fireworks Celebration and is soliciting bids for this event. The Annual Independence Day Eve Celebrations will be held at the Richmond Marina Bay Park at the corner of Marina Bay Parkway and Melville Square. Fireworks will be shot from a barge located in the Richmond Marina. The City will select one company through an all-inclusive competitive bid process.
