All Respondents must possess and maintain an active Class “B” General Building Contractor License, issued by the California Contractors State Licensing Board (CSLB). Respondents must also possess and maintain all required licenses or certifications associated with the work being performed as required by the CSLB, and as stated below by each affiliated trade: A. Electrical Work: CSLB C-10 Electrical Contractor License for electrical work. County of El Dorado Page 7 of 17 RFQ #24-0101 B. Glass and Window Repair/Replacement: CSLB C-17 Glazing Contractor License for glass and window repair and replacement and other glass work associated with weatherization. C. Water Heater Repair/Replacement: CSLB C-36 Plumbing Contractor License for the repair or installation of any equipment to heat water or fluids and associated activities. D. HVAC: CSLB C-20 Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating, and AirConditioning Contractor License for work related to HVAC repair and replacements. E. Respondents that perform work that involve drilling/cutting or paint disturbance, must have at least one (1) Certified Renovator (accredited by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a part of the organization, unless the County waived this requirement as services proposed do not involve the disturbance of lead paint. F. Respondents that perform painting, window replacement, HVAC, or electrical work must possess and maintain an EPA Certification.
