Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: traffic control, pavement saw-cutting, removal and disposal of existing AC pavement surfaces, tree removal, construction staking, earthwork grading, off-haul of earthen materials and tree stumps, grading and compaction, storm drain pipe removal, adjust utilities to grade, water service line relocations, storm drain system construction (drainage inlets, storm drain laterals, storm drain main, and treatment basins and swales), water main adjustments, installation of permeable boardwalks, installation of DG trails and AC multi-use paths, installation of plaza areas, play area, and associated facilities and signage, irrigation, lighting, AC paving, temporary erosion control Best Management Practices, compliance with regulatory permits, establishing vegetation on areas disturbed by construction activity, and all other work as described in the Contract Documents, including, without limitation, project construction drawings, bid documents, Special Provisions, City of South Lake Tahoe Public Improvements and Engineering Standards, and the 2023 edition of the California Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications. General A, C-27 Landscape, C-10 Electrical, Licensed Timber Operator. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
