The Cosumnes Community Services District invites and will receive sealed bids for Parking Lot Rehabilitation project. The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and services necessary for the rehabilitation of various parking lots in Elk Grove, CA. Unless otherwise provided in the Instructions for Bidders, each Bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to sections 7000 et seq. of the Business and Professions Code in the following Parking Lot Rehabilitation Contract PM-25-004 - 4 - classification(s) throughout the time it submits its Bid and for the duration of the Contract: General “A”, or C-32 and C-12. Bonds required.
