The Respondent selected as the DBE for the Project will be required to complete Design Documents for the Project and to obtain approvals to construct the Project from DSA, the State Fire Marshall and other agencies having jurisdiction over any portion of Project design or construction (collectively “AHJ”). The principal scope of the Project is replacement of existing elevators in existing facilities. The District anticipates that completion of elevator replacements will require modifications or upgrades to other building equipment or systems. The Project may include work involving mechanical, electrical, structural and/or fire protection components of the District Office and the Parking Garage.
