The City of Clovis (City) is seeking proposals from qualified candidates to provide Source Separated Recyclable Materials and Source Separated Organic Materials (including Yard Trimmings, Food Scraps, and Food-Soiled Paper) Collection, Processing, and marketing services to the City’s Single- and Multi-Family Residential Customers, Commercial Customers, City facilities, and special events. Currently, Republic Services (Incumbent Service Provider) provides Collection, Processing, and marketing services to the City through a contracted services agreement with the City (Current Agreement). The Current Agreement will expire on July 31, 2025, and may be extended at the City’s sole option for up to an additional three years. The Term of the new agreement awarded through this process (New Agreement) will commence on August 1, 2025, or later if additional time is required to procure equipment, and will continue for ten years, ending July 31, 2035. At the City’s sole option, the New Agreement may also be extended for up to three years on a month-to-month basis.
