The scope of work includes but is not limited to; improvements at Maxie L. Community and Neilson Park. Maxie L. Community Park's scope of work involves installation of large and small shade sails, decorative bark mulch, pour-in-place rubber surfacing at play equipment, Measure P Signage, removal and replacement of existing rubber surfacing at shade sail footings, and removal of existing concrete at shade sail footings. Neilson Park's scope of work involves installation of new park bench(es), waste receptacle(s), Measure P signage, shade sail structure, ADA-compliant deepened concrete playground curb and edge, pour-in-place rubber surfacing, removal of wood mulch, removal and replacement of chain link fence with guardrail fence, and removal and replacement of existing play structure with new play structure. No bid will be considered for award unless the Bidder at the time of bid opening, is licensed with a valid Class “A” or Class “B“ Contractor’s License issued by the State of California. Bonds required.
