The DB-E will provide all necessary design, engineering, management, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, and related services for HVAC assessments, implementation, documentation, reporting services, application submission, repair and maintenance, carbon dioxide monitor installation, MERV-13 filter installation, controls upgrades, and verification to be funded by CalSHAPE. The awarded Firm will complete all necessary steps under AB 841 CalSHAPE guidelines prepared by the California Energy Commission within the timeframe set by the program. In addition, proposing Firms are expected to comply with all Division of State Architect (DSA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Public Works project requirements, as applicable, including payment of a prevailing wage and related reporting requirements.
