The Work consists of lamp or fixture replacement (contractor’s option unless otherwise noted) of existing light fixtures with equivalent LED lamp or LED fixture as outlined in Attachment A: Scope of Work. Contractors must possess a Class C-10 Electrical Contractor’s License, possess a valid Business License from the City of Arcata prior to commencing work, and demonstrate the necessary qualifications to complete the work described in the Scope of Work in Attachment A. The selected contractor will enter into a construction contract (Attachment C - Sample Construction Contract) prior to commencing work.
