Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Provide professional Geotechnical services for IID- K-Line Hardening project, the services include: Field exploration and in-situ testing of the site soils at the specified location and depth, Laboratory testing for physical and/or chemical properties of selected samples, Review of the available literature and publications pertaining to local geology, faulting and seismicity, Engineering analysis and evaluation of the data collected, and Present findings and professional opinions regarding the geotechnical aspects of project design and construction.
