Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Engineer, Procure and Construct an additional 28 MVA Transformer (Bank 3) and all necessary power equipment at an existing Substation (Ave 42) located in Indio, CA. Installation of a new 92kV Bay 5 (Breaker and a half) and a new 15kV section that includes related steel structures, foundations, conduits and grounding as required. Installation of a single phase 100kVA 7620/120V station service installation. Installation of a new 6000kVAR open-air capacitor bank with one capacitor switcher. Installation of a new 15kV walk in metal clad switchgear. Prevailing wages.
