The objective of this Request for Proposal is to identify and select the most qualified turnkey photovoltaic (PV) system supplier/bidder for the design and installation of solar photovoltaic arrays at the Holabird Plant Site to provide 420-kilowatt direct current (kWdc) of solar generation (W.O. 35251246) and at the Kiowa Plant Site to provide 240 kWdc of solar generation (W.O. 36400396). The PV systems will be sited upon land owned by the Golden State Water Company. This project will consist of designing, procuring, performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the implementation of 352512246 Holabird Plant and 36400396 Kiowa Plant, Solar Generation Projects. The successful bidder shall carry out all of the duties, obligations and tasks required to design, fabricate, deliver and install the solar photovoltaic electric generating system for GSWC. The scope of services shall also include, but not be limited to, securing all permits and approvals from governing agencies and utility companies, all labor, taxes, services and equipment necessary to produce a fully operational solar PV system. Bonds required.
