1. These portables will be a phased construction schedule. B14-20 will be first. Then B8-13, then B1-B7. The sequencing and timing of the project will determine how B21 to B35 are completed. Refer to construction schedule for timelines that must be met by each prime contractor or be subject to liquidated damages. Contractor shall account for any overtime or crew size increases to maintain the schedule. Contractor shall also assume they may be required to work on more than one phase at a time. 2. Provide rough grading for Portable B1-B13 and B21-27. Coordinate with concrete contractor for correct subgrade elevations and step locations. 3. Demolition of existing fencing not shown to be re-used. 4. Contractor will encounter existing underground utilities from previous portables. All existing conduits, boxes and irrigation mainline/control wire shall be removed as encountered during construction operations. 5. Contractor shall removal offsite all spoils not required for this project. For spoils required to backfill against foundations upon completion, coordinate the proper amount with the concrete contractor. The concrete contractor shall be responsible for backfill against new concrete foundations. 6. Coordinate with the District for the sequencing and schedule for disconnect and removal of existing portables. 7. There is an existing high voltage solar conduit and feeder running under these portables. Contractor shall pothole and hydro excavate the line at all important locations to ensure its protection. 8. There is an existing electrical feed from the electrical yard just south of new portable B2 that runs to the softball field scoreboard and an electrical box north of new portable B19. Coordinate with the district for its protection during construction. 9. Provide and install new storm drain system and drain structures per the design documents. 10. Provide and install new condensate and drywells as required for the portables. 11. Provide and install underground plumbing (water and drainage) for owner furnished contractor installed drinking fountain. 12. Disconnect and removal of water and waste from existing restroom. Reinstallation of water and waste to new restroom location utilizing waste and water from previous location. Pre-qualification required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
