Grading/Paving - All labor materials and equipment required to provide and install all work necessary and required for the installation of modular Building’s. To include but not limited to; demolition of concrete/asphalt, grading, finished pad, storm drain, dry well(s), extension to ground of bard unit condensation lines, and placement of asphalt or concrete, etc. as indicated on the drawings / specifications.: Electrical - All labor materials and equipment required to provide and install all work necessary and required for the installation of modular Buildings. To include but not limited to; power, electrical gear/panels, fire alarm, public address, data, low voltage, etc. as indicated on the drawings / specifications. Exclude all work to truck, crane, place, set modular Bldgs. in these scopes as they are to be performed by the modular Building. Note: This project is to be done in phases. Phase 1-The six (6) West portables; Phase 2 – The six (6) East portables. It starts after Phase 1 is completed; Phase 3 – The one (1) Permanent classroom at the AG Farm Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
