The project, in general, consists of repairing all current roof issues, including to but not limited to, rusted metal panels, roof penetrations, HVAC/swamp cooler units, flashings, and wall caps on the buildings 14,000 sf. roof. Install sealant(s) over current metal panel roof to provide a waterproof roof. The vendor must provide a minimum 15-year system guarantee, preferably, 20-year guarantee. A California “C-39” contractor’s license is required to bid on this contract. Joint ventures must secure a joint venture license prior to award of this Contract.
