The Cycle 3 Sewer Improvements Project (E1297-24C) is a Public Works construction project to repair or replace seven (7) segments of pipe on 7th St, 18th St, 19th St, Highview Ave, within an easement between 36th Pl and Rosecrans Ave, and in Polliwog Park. A sewer manhole lid will also be replaced in Manhattan Village. The work includes, but is not limited to, replacing 260 linear feet (LF) of 8” VCP sewer main, installing 741 LF of CIPP liner, spot repairing/replacing 42 LF of 6” VCP sewer main, spot repairing/replacing 6-16 LF of 18” VCP sewer main with 18” RCP (Class IV) and concrete collar joints, installing four 4’ diameter sewer manholes, 8 sewer main spot repairs, constructing 1 ADA ramp, reconnecting sewer laterals and manholes, installing sewer lateral top hats, sheeting, shoring, bracing, pre-construction and post-construction CCTV inspection of sewer main, sewer bypass pumping, repairing 3635 sq. ft. of AC pavement, remove/replace curb and gutter, sidewalk, walkway, driveway, pavers, bollards, striping, marking and markers, restoring water meters and valves, restoring property owner landscape, hardscape, walkways, patios, and implementing traffic control measures.
