Notice is hereby given that the City of Lawndale, California is soliciting Requests for Proposals from qualified contractors for the assessment, design, implementation, and training of a fully functioning landscape irrigation system in accordance with the needs of the City for the following City-owned facility in the City of Lawndale: Rogers-Anderson Park (4161 Manhattan Beach Blvd, Lawndale, CA 90260), Jane Addams Park (15114 Firmona Ave, Lawndale, CA 90260), and William Green Park (4558 W 168th St, Lawndale, CA 90260). The goal of this RFP is to secure the services of a qualified contractor who will assess, design, and install a landscape irrigation system that will allow the most water-efficient way to irrigate many different plantings in the park.
