The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of BIDS. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer. The Cycle 2 Street Resurfacing Project Marine Avenue and 14th Streets (P-927) is a Public Works construction project to perform full section reconstruction improvements along Marine Ave between Blanche Road and Valley Drive. Various of Concrete improvements are included with project including rolled curb installation, regrading existing pavement behind rolled curb, and ADA Ramp Improvements. Additionally this project includes grind and overlay improvements along 14th Street between Ardrmore Ave and Deegan Place, and 14th Street between Laurel Ave and Pacific Ave. Various Concrete improvements are also incorporated with the mill and overlay project including sidewalk, curb and gutter, and ADA Ramps. Bonds required.
