Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, material, equipment, supplies and other related needs to provide and install miscellaneous building alarm equipment as listed below and on attachment “a” – location and equipment list. The contractor shall: Remove existing alarm equipment, Preserve all necessary infrastructure to connect new equipment, Replace any faulty or damaged wiring needed to connect new equipment, Coordinate monitoring during project, Be responsible for verifying all equipment and quantities, Submit all material used in this project for review and approval prior to ordering, Not interfere with facility operations, Provide all labor, material, and equipment to complete project, Site work shall be conducted in conjunction with facility operations, The contractor will have access to parking adjacent to work area, Possess california contractor’s c-7 and c-10 license and california dir registration at time of bid and maintain it in good standing during the entire duration of the contract, Product submittals shall be submitted and approved before any work begins, Upon completion of the project submit all closeout documentation, Complete all work including closeout within 60 calendar days, Work site and materials on site shall be secured daily, All employees of the contractor and any shall always maintain a professional appearance and wear company identification, and Provide programming, user setup, and training at each location (total: 10).
