The City of Temple City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to design an open space project which includes the creation of concept plans, construction plans and specifications, bid support services, and construction support services. The Sereno Open Space Project is located at 5003 Sereno Dr., Temple City, CA 91780, formerly a single-family residence that was recently purchased and is now owned by the City of Temple City. The parcel size is approximately 6,500 square feet and will be a vacant lot at the start of the design project. The goal of the project is to develop the 5003 Sereno Dr. parcel as a public open space site, with extensive community input and feedback. This project requires that a landscape architect, licensed in California, take the lead role in developing the subject plans and specifications. Associated with the landscape architect will be a registered civil engineer (including survey and geotechnical) and a registered electrical engineer.
